XXIO 14 Ladies Hybrid / Iron Combo Set
The XXIO 14 Ladies Hybrid / Iron Combo Set combines lightweight hybrids and irons engineered specifically for a ladies swing. The hybrids are designed to make it easier to launch shots higher, longer and straighter, while the irons use precise tungsten weighting to promote higher launch, longer carry and softer landings.
Built around XXIO's focus on effortless play, the set blends lightweight construction with technologies designed to improve ball speed, launch and consistency across the face.
Key Technologies
- High Grip Milled Pattern: Precision laser milling on the toe and heel helps create optimal gear effect and directional stability on off-centre strikes and in wet conditions.
- Edge Cup Face: A stiffened face edge, thinner rear crown and thinner face increase flex for improved energy transfer and higher ball speeds.
- ActivWing: Refined crown steps and a larger sole step use aerodynamic forces to help stabilize the clubhead during the downswing and guide the face toward an optimal strike position.
- Cannon Sole: A floating weight pad positions the centre of gravity for launch and distance while allowing the face to maintain flexibility, including on shots struck low on the face.
- VR-Titanium: XXIO's titanium alloy allows the toe side of the iron face to be made significantly thinner, creating discretionary mass for the clubhead design.
- UltiFlex: Optimized face and body thickness and shaping increase overall head flex at impact and expand the high-speed areas of the face.
- Rebound Frame with L-Groove: An L-shaped groove in the lower iron body reduces stiffness beneath the face to increase flex and ball speed.
