Refund Policy
Extended Holiday Return Policy:
Please note that purchases made from November 1st to December 24th, 2024 will be valid to return for a full refund until January 31st, 2025, and valid to return for a gift certificate until February 28th 2025.
If you are unhappy with your purchase please return it to us using our return portal within 30 days of the shipping date for a full refund to the return address below. If you are outside the 30 day return window, you may still be eligible for a store credit if you return your product within 60 days of shipping date. Once the product has been received and inspected by our returns team, we will issue your refund to the original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that the cost to return products is the responsibility of the customer unless the product received was not as advertised, or defective. In these instances Just Golf Stuff will provide a return shipping label to facilitate returns. Returned product must be in its original packaging, with all original tags attached, and in new condition. Once a product has been used, damaged, or otherwise defaced, it is no longer suitable for a refund.

The Following Items are not valid for a Refund:
Tech Products (Watches, Rangefinders, GPS) once the product is used, or registered with the manufacturer.
Due to health and safety reasons all undergarments and socks are not covered by our refund policy.
Final Sale - Items tagged as "Final Sale" which are deeply discounted or specially priced products, as well as certain limited edition or custom items. Due to the unique nature of these items, they are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange under any circumstances, except in cases where the item is found to be defective or damaged upon delivery.

Product Warranties/Guarantees
Unless otherwise noted, products are covered by the Manufacturer’s Warranty only. Any grievance with the performance or quality of a product should be addressed with the Manufacturer directly. Once a product has been used, damaged, or otherwise defaced, it is no longer subject to our Refund Policy.
