We promise to ship out your order within 5 business days. In most cases, products are picked up by the carrier within 1-3 business days. Our transit times in business days are as follows:

Free shipping* applies nationwide** to all orders of $100 or more excluding tax. 

Orders of $100, or less, will be subject to a $14.99 shipping fee. 

*Heavy Duty products, Golf Bags, Carts, Sets, Drivers  & Fairway Woods (due to box length) will incur a $14.99 heavy duty shipping fee due to carrier surcharges. This fee will be indicated in checkout.

**Please note we do not currently service Yukon, Nunavut, The Northern Territories, and certain rural postal codes. An error message will populate in checkout if you try to input a postal code we do not currently service.

Just Golf Stuff CA will ship your order within 5 business days of purchase (in most cases product will ship in 1-3 business days) unless the product is indicated as "backordered" or "CUSTOM" in the product title. For backordered products please note the product description for estimated shipping date.

Please allow 2-3 weeks for shipping of custom products.

All Just Golf Stuff CA products are shipped from within Canada, so no duty fees will be charged on your purchase.

A tracking number is provided with all orders, so you can follow your purchase at all times. Please note there may be up to a 72 hour delay from when your tracking number is generated until your product is picked up by the carrier. This process time allows us to validate the shipping and billing address to ensure there are no issues with your purchase. Please note, we are not able to accomodate cancellation requests once a tracking number has been provided.

 

Lost Items:

Just Golf Stuff Canada does not assume any responsibility for items that cannot be located after a successful delivery to the correct shipping address. If an order has shipped and it is deemed lost by the courier, we can either provide a refund or reship your order.

All Just Golf Stuff Shipments will be shipped via Canpar, Fedex, GLS or ICS.

 Orders usually ship Monday through Friday excluding holidays.

Please note that we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.

 

Protect your valuable golf stuff and enjoy peace of mind on and off the course with our comprehensive Package Protection Policy. This policy is designed to safeguard your package against theft, loss, or accidental damage in transit.

Our Package Protection is completely optional and if you are to run into difficulty with your order, we make it a simple process to complete your claim. If your package does not arrive, or has significant damage, you can file your claim by emailing service@justgolfstuff.com. In cases where the carrier tracking is showing as not delivered Just Golf Stuff will launch an investigation with the carrier, If we are unable to track down your package and have it delivered a full refund will be issued.  In cases where the package is damaged Just Golf Stuff will provide a return label and a full refund upon receiving the product. If you do not select the shipping protection plan, we cannot guarantee compensation for lost, stolen, damaged, or return-to-sender packages. 

To make a claim please email service@justgolfstuff.com, include your order number, and the status of your delivery. 

Fine print:

Just Golf Stuff reserves the right to fully investigate any package protection claim  and deny a payout if the customer has found to have been acting neglectful or misusing the policy. 

Just Golf Stuff will only allow once claim per household (same email address or shipping address) every 24 months. 

Just Golf Stuff will require a police report for theft of products over $500 in value.
