Make a Return or Cancellation

Cancel Order:

Please note, you can only cancel orders that do not yet have a tracking number. Once a tracking number has been generated we can no longer accommodate cancellations. 

  1. Input your order number and the corresponding postal code from your original order.
  2. Choose the product(s) from your order that you would to cancel.
  3. Click Cancel Order.
  4. Provide a brief reason for the cancellation and click next.
  5. Click Confirm.
  6. That's it! Your order is cancelled and you will receive your refund to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

Steps to Make a Return:

  1. Input your order number and the corresponding postal code from your original order.
  2.  Choose the product(s) from your order that you would like to return.
  3. Choose "return your item".
  4. Choose a reason for your return/exchange.
  5. Answer any question required to proceed with your return.
  6. Choose whether you would like a JGS store credit (you will receive a 10% bonus!) or a refund to original payment method.
  7. The return/exchange portal will generate a FedEx shipping label fee via our integration with Shipstation (you are paying our volume discounted rate!). This fee will be deducted from your return amount.
  8. Click "next" to submit your return request.
  9. Once your request has been approved, you will receive a prepaid FedEx shipping label and packing slip via email. Please insert the packing slip in your return box and affix the shipping label to the outside of the box. 
  10. Drop off your return/exchange at your nearest Fedex location.
  11. Please allow 5-7 days once the return has been received at our warehouse for our team to verify the product(s) returns and finalize your refund.

Steps to Make an Exchange:

  1. Input your order number and the corresponding postal code from your original order.
  2. Choose the product(s) from your order that you would like to exchange.
  3. Our portal will generate different exchange options for your to choose from. Please note you can only exchange for a different SKU within the original product purchased. 
  4. Choose a reason for your exchange.
  5. Answer any question required to proceed with your return.
  6. Click confirm.
  7. The return/exchange portal will then generate the fee owed for your FedEx return shipping label. Click Next
  8. Click "next" to submit your exchange request.
  9. You will receive an email from Just Golf Stuff to pay the balance owing for your FedEx shipping label. 
  10. Once you have paid your balance owing, you will receive a prepaid FedEx shipping label and packing slip via email. Please insert the packing slip in your return box and affix the shipping label to the outside of the box. 
  11. Drop off your return/exchange at your nearest Fedex location.
  12. Please allow 5-7 days once the exchange has been received at our warehouse for our team to verify the product(s) exchanged, and to ship out your new product.
