OPTM MAX Fairway
The OPTM MAX Fairway is intentionally formulated with a left-bias for players battling a slice. Strategic weight placement shifts the CG closer to the hosel, creating higher launch and quicker face closure—extended use may result in straighter shots, enviable high soft draws, and a permanent reduction in slices.
The OPTM MAX Fairway delivers maximum forgiveness and draw-bias while maintaining as much speed as possible. Players who struggle with a slice will find that the MAX provides the perfect fix for improved long-game control.
Key Technologies
- Pure POI-son: Strategic shaping and weight placement minimize Products of Inertia (POI) and dramatically reduce twisting on off-center hits for a more stable and accurate clubhead.
- Shaped For Maximum Stability: A refined shape with more balanced weighting around the CG helps reduce unwanted twisting on miss-hits. Advanced supercomputing was used to determine optimal shaping and weight distribution for a strong blend of forgiveness, dispersion, and control.
- Tune For Trajectory: Adjustable weighting system with 2 adjustable weights (14g, 3g) that can each be moved in the back (neutral to slight draw-biased flight) or heel (max draw-biased flight) positions to tune trajectory control.
- Maintain Speed On Off-Center Strikes: A forged face insert with H.O.T. Face technology delivers improved face flex for more robust distance and ball speeds on every strike.
